Could not load object because it is not avail on this machine

I am having a problem with an excel file, that gives the error "Could not
load object because it is not available on this machine." I have the option
to click ok and the file will open up on my computer fine from a share drive
across the network, however the same error will pop up on another machine and
when hitting ok the file does not open up from the share drive on another
machine. Does anyone know why this is and how I can get around it.
