could not log on to PWA other than Administrator in project12

Hello

We are evaluating Microsoft Project 12 server and Project Professional
as a part of TAP program.

Project 12 server has been installed as a farm topology with SQL server
200 SP4, Project Server and Project Professional on the same computer.

The problem is that I cannot log on to PWA other than the administrator
account which was specified during the installation of Project Server.

I have created local windows accounts and created corresponding
accounts in PWA under the manage users and mapped them as windows
accounts.

Still on opening url http://servername/ProjectServer , it displays you
are not authorised to view the page.

And how would I give them sharepoint access rights... Should I add them
to People and Groups section... I have added them there too... but
still no luck.

A couple of things: You're discussing a product version that is not
available to many people. More importantly, you're discussing subject matter
that may be under non-disclosure agreement with your company and could place
both your job and your company's relationship with Microsoft in jeopardy.

With that said, I've seen the problem you describe, even with domain admins,
and I can't offer you a resolution. Please redirect your inquiries to your
points of contact at Microsoft or the partner organization you're working
with.
