Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use.

I've created 10 users through the security wizard to
utilize the front end, back end database. All have
successfully joined and entered except 1 user get's this
error message when I try to log them in ...

Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use.

Anyone seen this before and fixed it or know were to look?
I couldn't find anything through my book or the help!
