Could not validate user 'svc-pmemoss.ca' for project server 'Proje

I am trying to connect project portfolio server to project server. SQL,
Sharepoint 07, Project Server, and Project Portfolio Server all live on the
same virtual machine that is also a domain controller.

I am doing this for a demo purpose right now so time is essential.

I have one shared service provider and have granted the NT Authority\Network
Service account permissions to the SSP.

My Admin account for project is svc-pmeproject.ca and the admin for moss is
svc-pmemoss.ca

I have tried logging on locally using both accounts to get the project
gateway working with no luck.

The error I get is:
Could not validate user 'svc-pmemoss.ca' for project server 'Project Gateway'.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
