Couldn't find installable ISAM

I have a VB6 app, running an MSAccess 2000 DB, upgraded
from MSAccess 97. The VB app loads okay, but when I click
on a form to load another form, I'm getting an error
message "Couldn't find installable ISAM". Thanks in
advance for any help...
