Count days

You can just do a simple math function. If your dates are in A1 and A2,
then just use:

=A2-A1

I'd like to know if there is a way for XLS to count the
number of days between two different days. For example.
Value 1 = 04/01/04
Value 2 = 04/12/04
Result = 12 days

Thanks for any help with this.
