Count of values within a cell?

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet containing a row with data something like:
A | B
____________
1 | 1111
2 | 1112, 1113, 1114
3 |
4 | 1115

If I were to do a COUNTA(B:B) I would see a count of 3. What I'd *like*
to find is a way to see a count of all numbers in that row (in this
case, a count of 5).

Any suggestions?
