Count Unique reocrds in a pivot table

Hi,

Anyone can help me with the problem. I want to count the
number of the unique items in a spreedsheet for my
analysis.

Just noticed, if you download the sample workbook from Chip's address, there
is an error in one of the formulas. The line that says 'Unique entries in
UMRng' is actually referring to the range USRng.
