countdown clock?

Does anyone know of a nice countdown clock, that can get integrated into a
ppt frame (along with my background and other elements), and can be set to
count down from 30-60 minutes? I once spent (only) 30 minutes creating a 30
minute countdown clock out of 1800 frames - works well, but it's tough to
scroll through 1800 frames! The numbers that make up the clock are on the
master, so I can change the look and arrangement as needed. In any event, I
need a "real" countdown clock that displays nothing but the numbers, with a
transparent background, to allow my elements to show through.
