'Countif' function

Hi,

I wonder if someone can help me?

The syntax goes =COUNTIF(range,"expression"), but is it possible to
specify a lower *and* upper bound in the expression - say ">0 and <1"
for example?

It could be done with a histogram, but that's more hassle.
