countif, isna, or vlookup

This seems so basic but I guess I"m too tired to even think tonight...
Here is what I want to accomplish. I have two worksheets. I want t
check if the value of cell A1 from worksheet 1 exists in column b fro
worksheet 2. If yes, then I want the value of B1 from worksheet 1 to b
returned
