COUNTIF

Hi All,

I didn't think this was going to be tuff untill I
tried it..

Basicaly, I need a countif with two criterias,
eg. countif(C8:C57,A3 and >0)

out of 50 records, 5 =A3, but of those 5, only 3 are >0 (3
is the number I need but I just can't figure it out)

Can someone help?
