COUNTIF?

I have a column of numbers that range from 0.00 to -190.00. The total data
is about 2000 random numbers made up from the SUM of 2 other columns.

I would like to count the numbers that meet 2 criteria and place them in a
table:

=>0.00 to <-10.00
=>-10.00 to <-20.00
=>-20.00 to <-30.00
etc. down to the final data point
=>-180.00 to <-190.00

Is there a way one can do this?
