Counting forward

Hi all
My last post I didn't state my question correctly....I am looking for an
expression for a query that will allow me to take a date and then count a
number of days forward, i.e. Given date: June 1, 2009 - I would like the
formula to tell me what 45 days forward would be.....is there such a thing
and can you make it count weekdays and not weekends???
