Hi
I would use a pivot table for this. see:
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/pivots.htm
http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Pivots/pivotstart.htm
http://www.contextures.com/xlPivot02.html

B,C,D all list information about the vehicle. Column E
lists the location. The locations are in text format
examples -BT, HO, GR, GV...etc.... There are a total of 14
different locations. What I am looking for is an easy way
to count the number of vehicles I have at each location in
coulumn E. Any ideas ???
