Counting Number of Discrepancies between 2 rows

I've got integer values in Rows B and C, columns 1 to 20

I'd like to be able to count the number of times where the column values in
rows B and C don't match.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

B, C are columns, 1 to 20 are rows
Maybe you meant to do this
In say, D2: =SUMPRODUCT(--(B2:B20<>C2:C20))
