Does anyone know how to count resource conflicts? Note that I'm not talking
about counting the number of overallocated resources - that is easy to
obtain from the Resource Sheet view (just count the number of red
resources). What I want to know is how to obtain the actual number of
resource conflicts there are in a project. For example, the following
schedule would have 1 resource conflict if there is 100% Max. Units defined
for resource R1:
----
|T0| R1
----
----
|T1| R1
----
Now what happens if I set R1 to 200% for both task T0 and T1? I've just
introduced more resource conflicts into the project now, right? So would
there be two conflicts now? Three? Does anyone know of a standard way of
counting such things?
