Counting Weekdays w/o Holidays

Hi,

I have 2 date fields that I want to calculate the working
days between processes and not count Weekends AND
Holidays.

I have Access 97 and am using the "Work_Days" function
K.B. article 97757 my question is how to exclude Holidays
form my calculations?

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 149127 deals with
Holidays but I can't figure out how to properly use this
function combined with the Work Days function. Does
anyone know how to pull this off?
