Countries, states and counties

I am trying to do what I think is simple but haven't figured it out yet. What
I am trying to do is to make 3 drop down lists. The first has the country I
want. By using the country that I have choosen, I want to narrow down my list
to the correct listing of states(I have Mexico States in my list with US
states). Now once I pick the right state I want ot narrow down my county list
to that one state. It is just a naoorwing down procedure and I knwo how to
make lists but not to narrow down the list for the next option. Can anyone
help?
