Country code list in Internet Fax Service dialog dissappeared

After a few succesful tries, when I ago to send a fax through an internet fax service, the country code list for the fax number has dissappeared. I have re-configred the "Phone and modem" settings in the Windows (XP Pro) control panel and the settings are correct. I cannot solve this problem.
Any advice will be appreciated.
