OK, I was at a client office this afternoon and she was complaining about
here addresses being set to United Kingdom.
The settings for the regional settings are
Regional Options -> Standards & Formats -> English (Canada)
....Location -> Canada
Languages -> n/a
Advanced -> non-Unicode -> English (Canada)
....Code Page conv. tables -> 10000(MAC - Roman)
Using view -> arrange by -> current view - location I can see the entires
that are set to UK. I can change them all to Canada by dragging them to
the Canada group but as soon as I shutdown and restart outlook they all
revert back to UK.
I exported the address book to excel, fixed all visible problems, set the
country to Canada.
I blew away all the entires in the contact list and imported the excel
sreadsheet. Worked great until Outlook restarted and then the country was
back to UK.
I can't find where on earth this is set as everything I have tried is set
to Canada.
Any ideas?
