covert database & word docs Mac Works 4.0b to MS Office

MS Works 4.0b (OS 8.1) databases and word docs on older Macintosh.
Attempting to transfer them into Microsoft Office Access and Word 2003
(Windows XP). Macintosh only has 3.5 floppy for transfer - no internet
connection. It also has MacLinkPlus software which coverts them to older PC
Microsoft Works docs.
Seeking possible solutions other than printing hard copies and scanning into
new(er) computer.

Works should be able to export databases to CSV or tab-delimited files; Access
should be able to read or import those.

See if Works will save as RTF (Rich Text Format). Word will be able to read
that.
