covert numbers to script

I am trying to convert a numerical field to actually spell
out the number. For example, i have the net pay of an
employee in a database and i am pulling it into a report,
but i want the number $789.33 to read "Seven hundred
eighty-nine and thirty-three cents" or something close to
that. Just like on a check, I need it to be in both
numerical and script. thanks
