covert primary page to a subpage or the reverse, convert sub to pr

There are times I want to convert a primary page to a subpage (or vise versa)
with little muss or fuss. I do understand that you could cut & paste into a
new subdocument but as you are organizing your notes or thoughts, I think it
would be more intuitive to just right click and move the primary page as a
subpage under another primary page in any other section or folder.
