Coverting a Newsletter to Web Layout in Publisher 2002

I follow the steps from Office On-line to convert my newslttter and it
completely alters the layout to a vertually unreadable version. Is there a
glich? Or am I doing something wrong. This is more than a few pictures moving
around. Everything is moved.

Chances are it reduced the width to an email format, which moved your design
elements around. If this is a multipage document, or even if it isn't, then
perhaps consider sending it as an attached PDF file from your original print
document. Chances are the size of the email would be much smaller.
www.primopdf.com for a free PDF creator. Otherwise, you will need to redo
the design...sorry. Next time start with the email formatted template.

I can send it as a .pdf I Have PDF converter Pro by Scansoft. What do I do
after I convert it?

After you convert to a PDF file and save it to your computer where you can
find it, open your email client, prepare your message, and attach the PDF
file.
