coverting dwg file to visio

I have been trying to convert a dwg file to visio. When it converts the file
the drawing is all over the page and the foor plan is shifted out of place.
When I click on an area of the building the green box show up in an area
where the building is not even at. Any suggestions in how to get the drawing
to convert properly.
