hi everyone,
1) is there a way how to display the critical path set not by the
dependencies but by the leveling as well?
2) is there a way how to display "critical" resources?
detail 1):
let us have 5 tasks, 2 day each assigned to the same resource. with
auto levelling on, they follow one another even without dependencies.
that is ok. but when i display the CP, only the last task is marked as
being part of the CP.
with the "calculate multiple CP" on, i get all of the being on the CP,
true, but the every subgraph is critical, which is not ok
detail 2)
lets have two sets of 5 tasks, all tasks in the first set (A) 2 days
each, all except the second (B) too, the last task being 3 days.
resourceA is assigned to the first set, resourceB assigned to the
second set. is there any report that would show that resourceB is
"critical" (meaning that any delay on tasks with resourceB assigned
will delay the project)?
thanks a lot
(hope the answers are not too abvious for i am a newbie here
