Crabby's cool OOF

Crabby Office Lady has a seemingly cool way of creating OOFs with colours,
fonts and all sorts.
I have Office 2007 and Word 2007 (SP2) but this does not work - just comes
out in plain text.
In her document I am asked to 'Click Send Out of Office auto-replies'.
My options are 'I am currently In/Out of the office' so it looks like I have
a different version.
What am I missing?
