crash after critical windows update

Please, somebody can help me.
I'm not certain the critical update from Internet Explorer
6 and Oulook Express 6 is the cause, but I startet
experiencing the problem just after it was completed.
I get Norton Crash Guard note naming "OleMainTreadWndName"
Shut I uninstall the updates? Or what can I do?
