Crash and corruption

I have been keeping track of online posts i've made by storing them as
subpages in my oneone notebook. Today, as I pasted the questions from my
online class so I could answer them, onenote stopped working, restarted, and
I found that the previous four weeks of work had been corrupted into a format
where each line contains one or more characters, placed directly on top of
eachother. I discovered that removing the bold formatting from this text
seems to restore the original format. Whenever i try to format text as bold,
the text becomes corrupted. I am using OneNote 2007

Yes, even creating a new notebook does not fix the problem. Making any text
bold causes it to look like:
(if i put "hi")
h

Additionally, it seems that the problem is centered around the Calibri font.
The subpages spared from the corruption were done in Trebuchet MS, and
subsequent text formatted with a font other than calibri are able to be made
bold without issue.
It almost sounds like a template was corrupted. Any ideas?

Thanks, it seems that the most recently installed Office '07 Update has
either rectified the problem, or reverted whatever had been changed causing
the line breaks. I will run the diagnostic when/if I encounter the problem
again.
