Hi

I have office 04, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and all crashing after its
starts to open. Entourage works fine.

"Microsoft Word (or other) has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I updated to the latest but that has not helped.

I trashed my pref for PP as a test, but that did help either.

Any ideas? Do I have to re-load office again?

Hi Nanci-

Did you use Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions (or equivalent) after the
installation? It's an absolute necessity, then log out/in or restart.

I am having the same problem although repairing the permissions didn't help
me at all... any other help???
