Crash Error

Help Me

I am receiving a error once I am connected to the network
and open excel docs, once off the network I am able to
open up excel worksheets.

Error message is as follows:

The instruction at "0x30050bea" referenced memory
at "0x0000019e". The memory could not be "read".
