CRASH OF ENTOURAGE ON MAC PANTHER

I recently converted to OS Panther. Every time I launch Entourage when I start the day, Entourage hangs up, I have to force qui,t and then load Entourage again. Then it works fine for the rest of the day. How can I correct this?
