is the error signature I get. I have a notes section on a form that has a
scroll bar on it. The field type is memo. If I click on the up scroll
button and hold down the mouse, access crashed and just closed out with no
prompting or information. I read in another post that sometimes video
drivers can affect this so I turned hardware acceleration to none and updated
my video card drivers to the latest version. I also tried logging in as a
different user. After changing the windows theme to classic and turning off
hardware acceleration I still crashes, but now it gives me an error. I
pasted the signature above.
I am running access 2000 sp3. I tried this on the same database on a
windows 2000 professional machine and have no problem with access crashing.
The other thing that happens is that often when scrolling through the notes
window it crashes access as well. Thanks in advance for the help.
