Hello. I am trying to open a PPT presentation. It has imbedded in it a
few video clips. It gives me a message that it is searching for the video
file (in this case, Kyle.mov). The slide sorting screen comes up. But just
a few seconds after the dialogue box says it's can't find Kyle.mov and
gives me the choice of cancel or search, it 'unexpectantly' shuts down.
I've tried moving the video clip around to where it might be trying to
find it to now avail. Frustrating because I have a lot of time in this PPT
file.

Ideas?

Hi Michael,

Try the easy troubleshooting things first. I'd go with running Disk Utility
First Aid and repair disk permissions as a first step.
