Crash when using custom form

Hello,

I created a custom form for outlook contacts. Everyone in the company
must be able to use the form, so I published it in a public folder and
used DocMessageClass to change the default form to the new one. This all
works.

When editing contacts, Outlook sometimes crashes (hangs). Did I do
something wrong while deploying the form ?? What is the best way to do
such things ??

I am using Outlook 2003.

Are people using this form for all their contacts or just the ones in that
single public folder?

Outlook 2003 has a definite problem with custom forms in public folders
accessed through the PF\Favorites hierarchy. See
