Brenda from Michigan
User has Outlook 2002 SP3. I have Outlook 2003 SP3.
When she does a File | Open | Other Users Folder and tries to see the
calendar of a co-worker, the calendar opens for about two seconds, then
Outlook crashes with the "Outlook has encountered a problem.." message. She
says this worked fine until a few days ago. Thinking the co-worker didn't
have their Permissions set correctly, I set her up to see MY calendar as
Reviewer, did a remote and observed we still get the crash; however, we get a
message that "This user {meaning me} does not have a server mailbox."
I was able to run a Repair on MS Office from Add/Remove Programs but it
didn't help. Other than reimaging the PC, are there any other options? I've
been looking at notes here but have not found anything similar. She does not
know of any untoward problems with her PC around the time of this problem.
