Crashes when word starts up

I have a strange problem, when you open outlook and try
to send/recieve or when you try to open word. Windows
will show up with an error that says.. Word has
encountered a problem and needs to close, then it will
ask if I want to recover, etc. etc.

When I click more info on the error report the modname is
hpzntp07.dll

The only thing I can think of is my HP printer I share
through a home network, I have tried deleting the Data
key, renaming normal.dot, turning off NAV's office plug
in and there is nothing in my startup folder in office or
word. Anyone have any ideas?

The problem appears to be with your printer driver. Try updating it (or at
least delete and reinstall the printer). Also, you say you use it through a
network. Are you always connected to the network? If not, be sure you have
the printer installed locally, as Word cannot operate without a printer
driver to reference.

Yeah, I re-downloaded my printer driver and I noticed
that file was in the setup directory. I'll have to wait
until tomorrow to try it as the computer is somewhere
else. Thanks for the quick suggestion.
