Crashes

I have only just begun using Visio and twice within the
last couple of days I have lost significant amounts of
work because the program has crashed (it gives me the
sorry but I've got to quit message and asks if I want to
send a report, which I do). Unlike other Microsoft
programs, Visio seems unable to recover my work.

I am using Visio 2003 with XP Pro. I have been using it
for UML charting.

Before I throw Visio in the trash, any suggestions?

Thank you for sending in the crash reports. In the long run, that will help
us eliminate the problem altogether.

Document auto-recover is not enabled by default in Visio. If you are
experiencing frequent crashes, you may be able to recover some work by
turning it on. (Tools>Options>Save)
