Crashing WORD by arrow

Hi

I'm working with Word 2000 on Win-2000.
When I press right arrow continuously (say 2 sec) the WORD
crashes.
This happens to two more people in our group.
The interesting thing is that it happens only on the new
DELL computers (all black). On other computers it's OK.
Any suggestions?

Check with DELL for an updated keyboard driver
