Crawl Project Web Access with SharePoint 2007

Does anyone know what should be configured on the PWA site to get it into the
SharePoint index with a crawl schedule. The crawl log is giving me the
following message:

Content for this URL is excluded by the server because a no-index attribute.

I have checked if the option Index Site Content has been set to Yes and if
we use ASPX Page content, but this has been set to Always index all ASPX
pages on this site.

Any suggestion is appriciated.
