Crazy broken calendar - pocketmac 4 broke entourage display calendar

I used PocketMac 4.0 with Entourage to sync my calendar and it broke
my calendar view. the Database Daemon freezes up.

specifically: when I click on the calendar icon, Entourage displays
the month at the top and fails t display the calendar. I look at
Apple's Activity Monitor, and it shows that the Database Daemon is not
responding.

I can send a screenshot.

I tried to rebuild the database. There were no errors.

I reinstalled Entourage, there was no change.

any ideas?

I fixed Entourage!

Apparently I had some weird corruption in the calendar that rebuild
could not fix.

I found this page:
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/database/corrupt.html

So I used the Export feature to export calendars, notes, and tasks to
an Entourage archive AND told it to delete them too.

I then imported the archive I just made. Viola - it's fixed.
