crazy phantom typer

I have just read of others with the same situation, but i have this
problem when my computer will type on it's own-- in any given field,
online or on word.
It's absolutely driving me nuts-- I can't get my work done. I have
had a virus scan done, and also I believe the speach recognition has
been turned off, but what next??

I'll stop typing from here and let you see what happens, all by

FYI, this is the forum for MS Access, the database program from Microsoft.
You may get better response from more appropriate forums.

There's not enough information to narrow down what might be your problem...
- What Operating system do you use?
- Single user? Are you on a network?
- Are you connected to the internet? Are you connected all the time? (24/7)
- Does this phantom visit you at random? All the time? or Is there a
pattern?
- What other applications are you running?
