Creat forms

Hello:
Whenever I try to create a form in Access(2002), I always
get such a message:"You do not have exclusive access to
the database at this time...", even I am the only user for
the database.
Can anyone let me know what I can do?
Thanks in advance!

See if there's a stray .ldb file floating around in the same directory as
your database. It'll be named the same as your database but end with .ldb.
For instance, if your db is name vincentsdb.mdb, the ldb file will be
vincentsdb.ldb.

If you find the file, delete it. Access will recreate it for you if
necessary.

Hello:
I tried the way you told me, but it does not work. I still
get the same message.
Thanks!

If it were me, I believe it would be time to import all objects into a new,
blank database ...

I tried this. It looks ok at first, then after someone
opened the new file, the same problem presents. It is
weird.
Anyway, thanks for your time and efforts!
