Creat Multi Page Forms

I have 4 sub forms and 1 main form

I am confussed has to how you make a multipage form with
tabs accross the top

And place the form I have already created on a multi page
form but when I do that it doesn't link but when I create
Sub for on the main form it works.

Please help
