Is there a way you can create a call list (as a seperate folder) in outlook
2007 where once you take down phone messages for your boss that lets you
input the caller/number/etc info into a list where you both can view it?
You have an option next to the callers name where you can hit a little box
that will put a line through it, which indicates, he has called that person
back.
