Create a contact from an email response

We recieve an email message from prospective clients once they register. I would like to precess the email and create an outlook contact from the data. Following is an example email

The user provided the following information
Name: new prospect nam
Phone: 555-999-888
Fax: 555-111-222
Email: (e-mail address removed)
