Create a daily patient list with times and person

I have created a Patient datebase where you select the patient from a drop
down and you then manually enter the date in a box and then the time in
another and then select the person they are going to see from a drop down
list.What I need to do is print off a daily report,so we can then see what
patients are coming in with times and who they are going to see daily. Thanks

What is your particular problem? How far have you gotten? Did you create a
report yet?

Are you stuck on filtering the report to a specific date range? If so, I
would create a form with two text boxes for entering the min and max date.
You can then use these values to filter your report.
