Create a database from Visio diagrams

Hi, I create a diagram for my new database and I would know how to
create my database from my visio diagram.

do you have visio enterprise edition ? It should be documented in the help
facility.

no I just have visio 2003 pro it's possible with this version?

according to this it (forward engineering) is supported in the enterprise
version
