Word 2007
I'd like to create a document listing all the Quick Parts entries I've
created to distribute to other office staff. I created a couple of macros
using VBA by Greg Maxey who had responded to a similar query on the general
Word discussion forum. However the macros didn't work, either because of my
limited macro knowledge or the VBA (of which I have NO knowledge). I added a
note on that thread requesting help a couple of days ago but have had no
reply. Is anyone here able to help create the list I'm after?
BTW, when Googling this subject I discovered there's an option to print
Building Blocks entries under "Print What" on the Print screen. After
opening the Building Blocks.dotx file, I managed to get a printout of all my
entries. However they're not in a very readable format. I'd prefer to have
the list in a document so that I can format and group similar entries
together.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
